How does the AI generation work?

You take a photo of a room, pick a style, and we send the image to an AI model that produces a redesigned version. The model is hosted on Replicate (google/nano-banana). Generation typically takes 3-8 seconds.

Are my photos used to train AI models?

No. Your photos are only used to generate your redesign. They are not used to train models.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Reform AI Pro → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@airemodelapp.com from the email address tied to your account. We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days.

What devices does the app support?

iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later.

What languages does the app support?

English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese. The app uses your device language automatically.
