Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reform AI iOS application ("the App", "the Service", "we"). By using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country (typically 18), you must have parental consent.

2. The Service

Reform AI lets you take or upload a photo of a room and generates AI-edited versions in different design styles. The AI is provided by Replicate (model google/nano-banana). Generation is automated; we do not manually review every result.

The App is provided "as is". Accuracy, quality, and content of generated images depend on the input you provide and the AI model. We do not guarantee any specific result.

3. Account

You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You agree not to share your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Plans

• Reform AI Pro Monthly — $9.99 / month with 7-day free trial.
• Reform AI Pro Annual — $39.99 / year with 7-day free trial.

(Prices may vary by region.)

4.2 How billing works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• The renewal price equals the original subscription price unless we notify you of a change.

4.3 Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.4 Free credits

The App includes a small number of free generation credits when you sign up. We may change this number at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload illegal, obscene, infringing, or rights-violating content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any automated, abusive, or scraping behavior against our backend.
• Use the App to generate content that depicts minors in inappropriate contexts, sexual content, real political figures in misleading scenarios, or any output that violates Replicate's or our acceptable use policies.

We may refuse a generation, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your photo through our backend and the AI provider.
• Store the generated result so you can access it.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

6.2 Our content

The App, its design, code, branding, and assets (excluding generated images and your input) are owned by Marc Montane Marti.

6.3 Generated images

Subject to Replicate's terms, you are free to use the AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes. We make no warranty regarding the legal status of any generated image.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• That AI-generated images will be accurate, suitable, or appropriate for a given use.
• That the App will work on every device or iOS version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified inside the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you a different forum.
